Due to the nature and age of the items, all sales are typically final, and returnsor exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrectsizing,or color differences.

We are committed to providingdetailed and accurate product descriptions along with high-quality images. lfyou receive an item that has significant defects not clearly disclosed in theproduct description, damage, or is severely inconsistent with the descriptionwe accept returns.

Please contact us within 2-3 working days of receiving the item and providerelevant photos or videos as evidence. Once verified, we will offer a fullrefund or exchange (based on vour preference and stock availability). Please note: Signs of wear on vintage items, such as minor scratches andslight natural oxidation, are considered normal and have been taken intoaccount in the product descriptions and pricing; they are not regarded as “significant defects.“

Under EU law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, dueto the special nature of the vintage items and natural crystal pieces we seltheir fragile natural materials, and their value being dependent on age andrarity, this right may not apply due to hygiene reasons.

Nonetheless, our above guarantee regarding “description discrepancies olsignificant defects” still fully applies to you. Most collectibles displayed onthis site consist primarily of natural materials that comply with theexemption requirements for natural materials in the EU REACH RegulationAnnex V, Article 8. Metal or alloy components have been tested for restrictedsubstances concerning heavy metals under Annex XVll of the EU REACHRegulation to ensure they meet limit requirements.

Some collectibles may partially contain both natural and synthetic materialsmetals, leather, glass, fabrics, synthetic gems, resins, etc., all of which meetCE safety standards and have passed laboratory tests to ensure compliancewith REACH regulations.The remaining collectibles are antiques or vintagejewelry, which may show very minor signs of age. lf you are sensitive tomaterials, we recommend viewing them primarily, ordering with caution, orassessing practical photos or consulting customer service. These itemscomply with the exemption provisions for antique jewelry under Annex XVll, Article 10 of the REACH regulation.
