This policy outlines the quality assurance for artist handmade crystal jewelry and unique vintage crystal jewelry purchased from Art Luminna. To ensure clarity, crystal decor items, limited-time promotional merchandise, and any complimentary gifts are excluded from this coverage due to their specific nature.

Eligible products are covered by a Twelve (12) Month Limited Craftsmanship Assurance from the date of order delivery.

Our Commitment

We commit to providing free repair services for the following issues arising from craftsmanship or material defects under normal and careful wearing conditions:

  1. Handmade Jewelry Craftsmanship Flaws: Issues such as loose settings, loss of primary stones, or breaks at metal junctions not resulting from mishandling.
  2. Vintage Jewelry Latent Structural Issues: Structural failure or disintegration during the warranty period due to latent pre-existing flaws, despite our pre-sale professional reinforcement.

Disclaimer

We cherish the uniqueness and historical traces of each artwork. However, please understand that the following are not covered under our assurance:

  1. Product Specificity: Crystal decor items, limited-time promotional merchandise, and gifts.
  2. Natural Aging of Vintage Items: Reasonable plating wear, light scratches, natural tarnish, and patina, which are considered part of their historical charm.
  3. Natural Characteristics of Crystals: Natural inclusions, veiling, or internal characteristics within the crystals, which are natural birthmarks, not defects.
  4. Improper Use & Accidents: Including but not limited to: impact, pressure, exposure to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, etc.), improper cleaning, or damage from any non-standard use.
  5. Normal Wear and Tear: Natural loosening of moving parts (e.g., chains, clasps) over time.

Safety Notice

All jewelry may contain small parts. For safety, please keep out of reach of children and prevent them from handling or wearing to avoid swallowing or accidental injury.
