Due to the nature and age of the items, all sales are typically final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color differences.

Thank you for choosing our natural crystal specimens. Please note that each piece is a unique gift from nature. By making a purchase and adding to your collection, you acknowledge and agree to the following points:
1. Safety First: Not a Child's Toy
This is a natural mineral specimen, not a toy. Edges may be sharp, and the structure can be fragile. Always keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent potential injury, ingestion, or other harm.
2. Natural Characteristics: Acceptance of Inherent Traits
Natural formations such as internal fractures, ice cracks, cloudiness, pits, and other inclusions are inherent to the crystal's growth. These natural imprints are not defects but proof of authenticity and uniqueness. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these characteristics.
3. Size Tolerance
As each specimen is unique and measured by hand, please allow for a reasonable sizing tolerance of approximately 1-3 cm.
4. Handling & Care
