Due to the nature and age of the items, all sales are typically final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color differences.

2. Natural Characteristics: Inclusions such as internal fractures, ice cracks, clouds, pits, and other mineral formations are natural and inevitable during crystal growth.
