These items are all vintage pieces with distinct histories and natural characteristics, making nearly all products final sale. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the nature and age of the items, all sales are typically final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color differences.
We strongly recommend that you carefully examine product images, read descriptions, and measure sizes before placing your order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We are committed to providing detailed and accurate product descriptions along with high-quality images. If you receive an item that has significant defects not clearly disclosed in the product description, damage, or is severely inconsistent with the description, we accept returns.
Please contact us within 2-3 working days of receiving the item and provide relevant photos or videos as evidence. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or exchange (based on your preference and stock availability). Nonetheless, our above guarantee regarding “description discrepancies or significant defects” still fully applies to you. Most collectibles displayed on this site consist primarily of natural materials that comply with the exemption requirements for natural materials in the EU REACH Regulation Annex V, Article 8. Metal or alloy components have been tested for restricted substances concerning heavy metals under Annex XVII of the EU REACH Regulation to ensure they meet limit requirements.

1. Safety First: This is a natural mineral specimen, not a toy. Edges may be sharp, and pieces can be fragile. Always keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent potential injury, swallowing, or harm.
2. Natural Characteristics: Inclusions such as internal fractures, ice cracks, clouds, pits, and other mineral formations are natural and inevitable during crystal growth. These natural imprints are not defects but proof of authenticity and uniqueness. Returns or exchanges will not be offered for these features.
3. Size Tolerance: As each specimen is unique and measured by hand, please allow for a reasonable sizing tolerance of approximately 1-3 cm.
4. Handling Care: Handle with care during observation. Avoid forceful impacts or drops. For cleaning, use soft tools and store the specimen securely.
5. Description & Imagery: We strive to accurately describe and photograph each specimen.
